It will be difficult to learn new habits and practice them faithfully, but it’s critically important that we do so. Safety precautions work best when everyone follows them. We need every Broadie to be vigilant about following the protocols and correcting unsafe situations.
It’s OK to speak up - a friendly “Broadie check” keeps us all safe
Don’t be afraid to remind one another of the protocols when you observe lapses. We all need each other’s help to get used to this new way of working. We encourage all Broadies to feel free to speak up and give a coworker a friendly reminder (a “Broadie check”) if they see someone not complying with the rules.
If you observe persistent or especially troublesome safety violations, please report them via any of the channels listed below. There are multiple options for reporting concerns; choose the one with which you feel most comfortable. No matter how you report it, your concern will be taken seriously, acted upon promptly, and kept confidential.
