Interns gain experience in a wide range of communications activities and have opportunities to collaborate closely with each other and with scientists and staff across the institute. They also learn from members of a world-class communications team with decades of combined experience in design, event management, institutional and internal communications, media relations, project management, public engagement, science writing, social media, video and multimedia production, and web development.

For 2026, we are offering an internship in Social media video production.

Additional information about the social media internship — including application deadlines, duties, qualifications, and salaries — is available on the internship’s information page. Questions can be directed to communications@broadinstitute.org or directly to the program lead listed on the internship information page.
