We are excited to announce the Autoimmune Disease Machine Learning Challenge, launching on October 28, 2024 and running through January 31, 2025! In our new machine learning challenge, the Eric and Wendy Schmidt Center and Klarman Cell Observatory invite you to develop algorithms that can identify novel biomarkers of cancer initiation in patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) by combining pathology images and gene expression data. Importantly, we will test and validate the proposed biomarkers in patient specimens at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.
Register now on Crunch Lab to start the challenge on October 28: broad.io/MLC-2024
Stay tuned for the rules, datasets, lecture videos, and other details on Crunch and on our website.
The Autoimmune Disease Machine Learning Challenge is hosted in collaboration with the Schmidt Center and the Klarman Cell Observatory at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, along with the Crunch Foundation, Foundry, Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard, MIT EECS, MIT IDSS, and the Mass General Hospital Center for the Study of Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
