Beginning on August 6, 2020 prototypes of the new DNAtrium will be on display in the 415 Main lobby.
Beginning on Thursday, August 6, when you pass through the 415 Main Street lobby, you will see full-size DNAtrium gallery mock-ups prototyped by CambridgeSeven architects and Mystic Scenic fabricators. You will be greeted by a single ten-foot pylon near the lobby entrance, which is part of a welcome gallery, as well as four other pylons, between eight- and 17-feet, that represent a second gallery. Broad’s museum team is working with CambridgeSeven to design five galleries in total, where visitors can immerse themselves in interactive and informative exhibits. The team plans to launch the new DNAtrium in Spring 2021.
