Annual Trainee Retreat: All day, off-site retreat for the trainee community, featuring trainee talks, exciting plenary speakers, and career development workshops.
Facing Forward Series: Facing Forward is a series of informal lunches with Broad faculty and senior staff, focusing on challenges they’ve faced and how they’ve overcome them.
Mock Interview Series: The Mock Interview series aims to prepare trainees for non-academic careers. The series includes seminars and workshops on topics relevant to researching non-academic career paths and allows trainees to have a mock job interview conducted by a Broad alumni for a role within one of those pathways.
