Benefits-Eligible Employees

All regular full-time and part-time Broad employees normally scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week are eligible.

Benefits-Eligible Dependents

Spouse of the employee, domestic partners (same or opposite sex) and unmarried dependent children up to the age of 26 are eligible. Domestic partners are asked to provide documentation of legal status in the form of a notarized affidavit if the employee would like the benefits office to accommodate pre- and post-tax benefit deductions. The affidavit can be found here.

Non-Benefits-Eligible Employees

Those not eligible to participate in the benefits program include any employee who is normally scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week or is scheduled to work less than 6 months, including temporary workers and interns, or those persons affiliated with but not paid by Broad, including associated personnel, independent contractors, and consultants.
