The NextGen Association for Postdocs and Graduate Students is a group of Broad-affiliated academic trainees from across the Broad community.
We work closely with the Office of Academic Affairs to sponsor and plan activities including professional enrichment, career development events and social gatherings.
How to participate
The NextGen Association is volunteer-run. Any Broad-affiliated postdoc or grad student can participate. The benefits of participating include building leadership skills, networking, and planning the kind of events that you would want to attend.
